INSURANCE: We are members of many vision insurance panels, please call to see if we are providers of your program. These vision insurance companies have agreed to pay us directly for basic general care. Any additional expenses not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility. If you have any other insurance plans, we will be happy to provide a super bill. However, the agreement of the insurance company to pay for eye or health care is a contract between you and the company. Because of the many variations and changes that we do not know about, we ask that you pay us and have the insurance company reimburse you. We know questions can arise on insurance matters and these should be discussed with our insurance manager.
