Tahini Dip

- ½ cup tahini, store-bought
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 scallion
- ½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp pine nuts, toasted
- Pinch of smoked paprika
- In a mixing bowl, stir together tahini, lemon juice and water until a creamy texture is achieved.
- Add the remaining spices and scallions. Stir to combine.
- Place in serving bowl. Garnish with a pinch of smoked paprika and olive oil. Top with toasted pine nuts.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
