Tahini Dip

  • ½ cup tahini, store-bought
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 scallion
  • ½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp pine nuts, toasted
  • Pinch of smoked paprika
  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together tahini, lemon juice and water until a creamy texture is achieved.
  2. Add the remaining spices and scallions. Stir to combine.
  3. Place in serving bowl. Garnish with a pinch of smoked paprika and olive oil. Top with toasted pine nuts.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
